1968accessories is based on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck. I started the business only two years ago, when at turning 50 thought now is the time to start making my own designs. This has come about after a lifetime of being involved in fashion within one form or another and qualified as a fashion designer many years ago.
I started with making jewellery in Resin, Clay and Copper. My style is unique, bold and full of colour. With many of the statement pieces being only make once. There are some days you just need a simple look and there is a selection of small stud earrings and pendants.
1968accessories is a member of the Guild of Jewellery Designers, also Plastic Free Swanage due to not using any single use plastic in the business. All the packing is from recycled and recyclable items, even the gorgeous ribbon is made from wood pulp.
