The first few days of marketing your property are the most important. That’s why we’ll make sure everything is prepared for the all-important launch.

We’ll help with staging, so your home is presented in its best light, and we’ll write detailed property descriptions that bring your property to life. We’ll arrange for our professional photographer to visit, and if we feel your property would benefit from twilight images, then we’ll be there to capture the moment. We will list your property on all the essential portals, such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket, and for our most unique properties, our marketing team will work with you to create a press release, which will be distributed to all the appropriate publications – view an example here. We can also create Virtual Reality Property Tours, which feature one of our team as the presenter – view example here. These can be viewed online, or from our offices, using one of our VR Headsets.

We have put as many measures in place, as possible, to ensure that the properties we sell, make it through to completion. We will conduct thorough checks on any potential buyers and their financial position to ensure they can legitimately make the purchase.

Once we have negotiated the best price for your property, our sales progression team will coordinate the sale and all components within the chain. They are always on hand to keep everyone updated and will apply the necessary pressure to keep the chain progressing in line with expectations.
