Recipe of The Month in December is Rudolph’s Night Off
- 2-4oz Dorset Ginger (Original, Strong, Extra Strong would all work)
- 2oz white rum
- 2oz Pomegranate juice
- 1/2oz lemon juice
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Sparkling water to top up
Into a cocktail shaker add the white rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and rosemary sprig. Muddle until the rosemary becomes fragrant.
Fill the shaker with ice, shake for 15 shakes then strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with Dorset Ginger and sparkling water to taste.
Serve with a separate rosemary sprig and add some pomegranate seeds on top. Cheers!
