Weymouth is a mecca for people who love its stunning Jurassic World Heritage coastline and laid-back charm Weymouth Bay and Portland Harbour offer some of the best sailing waters on the planet and has purpose built on-shore facilities to match. Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA) provided part of the venue for the sailing competition at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Weymouth's many amenities include a modern shopping centre and theatre whilst the 17th century harbour (and marinas accessible at all states of the tide) is steeped in history and has a number of small cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbour. Brewers Quay situated just off the harbour is an opportunity to enjoy some outside dining and enjoy some of the many festivals arranged throughout the year in the area. Check out Weymouth's fine Georgian seafront is an impressive backdrop to the long arc of fine, golden sandy beach. The views from the bay are spectacular, and it is undoubtedly a favourite holiday destination.
