Domvs Land Services
The purchase of land is a partnership between the seller, the agent and the buyer. With the added value in Domvs of having professional legal advice, we can promote opportunities which cover a range of services and in house facilities.
Negotiations relating to land can be sensitive, with confidentiality being the key to a successful transaction being achieved.
What can Domvs offer?
- Sale
Domvs can source one unit or multiple units of land for sale to Investors, Builders, Developers and private individuals, both locally and nationally based. These include land with or without land approvals.
- Valuations
Domvs provide market appraisals on land in a number of ways: where land has no planning permissions; where it has outline or full planning permission; or where there is already property in situ which may be retained for modification or extension.
- Acquisitions
Domvs acquire land opportunities in line with the demands of their clients, providing the right opportunities to the right clients by matching their needs and demands with the land available to us.
- Planning Applications
Domvs can submit to the Local Authority planning applications for Outline and Full Planning Permissions on behalf of any of its clients. This thereby allows Domvs to maintain control over the negotiations for the parcels of land and achieve the best value for their clients.
- Feasibility Studies
Domvs can undertake to provide a report on the options available on the desired land by way of a desk study reviewing the history of the usages of the land, local authority research and negotiations. During this process Domvs establishes the need for specific reports necessary on the land, for example geotechnics and or arborology investigations, while identifying the likely best uses for the land as a development site.
- Design and Planning Services
Domvs can provide three levels of design and planning service:
1) Provide a block design layout only providing potential planning options on land for its clients.
2) Provide design layout for submission for outline planning application.
3) Inclusion of all the above and the planning applications stage option (4).
