Domvs is an estate agent working in association with a law firm.
Although a huge part of any sale is the mutual negotiations with the vendor and purchaser. It is our opinion that after successfully obtaining agreement to buy and sell a property, a vital part is to actively assist and where necessary chase the law firm towards achieving agreed exchange and completion dates.
We take this business of negotiation very seriously. It is not only necessary to discuss and negotiate with the vendor and purchaser regarding their mutual needs. We have nurtured and encouraged relationships with very many law firms across the country so that when necessary we can discuss and negotiate with the acting solicitors in finding solutions from positions that may have become entrenched.
We feel that within our business lies a mix of very different skills and practices all focused on the single need to succeed while firmly maintaining our client needs and aspirations setting them off on the next leg of their property journey.
