Once your offer has been accepted, you can proceed with arranging your mortgage. To make life easier for home-buyers, Domvs has their own Independent Mortgage and Financial Advisers who can hep you to find the best mortgage to suit your needs.
Once the lender has received a satisfactory survey and any other documentation they require, a formal mortgage offer will be sent to your solicitor and a copy to you. This will confirm the terms on which the mortgage is offered and size of the deposit you will need to pay.
