From DOMVS Wareham, turn left at the traffic lights on to West Street B3070. At the roundabout take 2nd exit onto A352. Continue onto the A352 and turn left onto the B3070 signposted East/West Lulworth and as you enter East Lulworth turn right at the telephone box. Continue past the Equestrian Centre on the right hand side and into Coombe Keynes. The property is found on the left hand side just behind the small village green
