Loving Henchards!

More than 250 people looked around the stunning show home at Henchards, the executive new development on the outskirts of Dorchester.
Domvs sales staff said there was a broad mix of people viewing the show home, from village dwellers who were attracted to the development’s convenient location not far from the town centre to those who are looking for the low maintenance of a new-build home. There were also families looking to upsize and couple whose children had left home thinking of downsizing. It seems Henchards appeals to a range of buyers with different needs.
But without exception everyone who saw the show home commented on the extremely high standard of the finish, with praise for the ‘lovely kitchens’, and ‘high quality’ bathrooms.
Many people also praised the site itself and its abundance of mature trees and plants and the sympathetic landscaping.

The show home is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 – 2pm and weekdays by appointment.
