Olympic Silver medallist Nick Dempsey was the centre of attention on Saturday when he officially opened Olympia Heights.
The Olympic windsurfer and Weymouth resident mingled with new residents and potential purchasers in one of the show apartments at the prestigious coastal development.
From the terrace, he showed future resident, Margaret, where he windsurfed into the Olympic record books.
Nick was on hand to cut the ribbon with Domvs directors, Polly Greenway and Neil Greenway.
An exclusive complex of 41 apartments - one, two and three bedrooms, including five magnificent penthouses – Olympia Heights is in the popular Greenhill area of Weymouth, overlooking Weymouth Bay.
The Olympian also signed a portrait photograph of himself that will hang in the lobby of Olympia Heights to commemorate the event.
Offering stunning views of Weymouth Bay and beyond to Portland and the home of British sailing, Olympia Heights’ balconies and terraces blend perfectly with the sleek, contemporary interiors of the development to create the ultimate in easy living.
The development boasts private underground parking and secured access, making it also a very safe place to live.
All apartments – whether penthouse or smaller – are finished to the same high standard, with fitted carpets and wardrobes, floor tiles in the kitchens and top of the range appliances. Prices start from £180,000.
And as a fantastic introductory offer, legal fees and stamp duty will be paid on certain apartments (terms and conditions apply).
