By far the most popular and 'hands-off' service for Landlords. We take care of all the day to day running of each property and are used to working with local, national and international clients.

Tenant Search and Set-Up.
Ideal for landlords who wish to self-manage properties and tenant relationships.  We can set everything up ready for you to take over.

Rent Receipt.
You deal with the property maintenance and inspections. We collect and manage rental collection, deposits (using the Tenant Deposit Scheme), monthly statements, and tax statements.
